Same day (up to 2 hours): 75% of scheduled service(s)
Less than 2 hours or no-show: 100% of scheduled service(s)
Fees will be charged to card on file.
Tardiness: Services are adjusted to remaining time, and full charges will apply.
Repeated Changes: Frequent cancellations or reschedules may restrict online booking access.
Children & Guests: To ensure a peaceful environment and for liability reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted.
